Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Degrees in the following subject areas are preferred: marketing, engineering, computer science, information science, or business-related fields
  • 1+ years of product management experience and operating in an agile environment.
  • Experience with ad/marketing technology is heavily preferred
  • Experience working in an agency environment and demonstrated knowledge of the agency digital planning and execution process is highly desirable
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience communicating across groups with varying degree of technical background
  • Demonstrated skill using Atlassian product, MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and/or similar presentation tools
  • Very strong change management and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Organized: Must be able to manage to deadlines and prioritize daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
  • Detail-Oriented: Accuracy and attention to detail is very important in this position.
Responsibilities
  • Become well versed in the business use and aspects of one track of Annalect software.
  • Be able to understand and empathize with the problems and needs of the users and act as a proxy for the customer.
  • Document and support the development of product requirements, user stories, and feature requirements, to maintain the product backlog in close collaboration with tech, product management, partner success and business leaders.
  • Inform product roadmaps; recalibrate internal processes, policies, and templates relative to platform iterations; and ensure a healthy and collaborative relationship
  • Build consensus for the product vision amongst teams with the product vertical, overall tech stack and across the organization.
  • Integrate usability studies, research, analytics and market analysis into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs.
  • Work with the operations team to identify infrastructure investments and architectural enhancements that will enable a highly available and scalable service.
  • Team with Business Operations as well as Product Marketing, Technology, and Learning & Development teams to define, design and rollout new tools and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of operations, responsible for timeliness, adoption and effectiveness of such tools.
