Requirements
  • 3-6 years of in-market selling or territory management experience
  • Strong track record of being a top performer and consistently exceeding goals
  • Goal-oriented, excellent organizational abilities & relationship building skills, and a passion for managing the details
  • Hustler mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to cater pitches to address owner pain points
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel
  • Salesforce experience is ideal, not required
  • Ability to speak, read & write in Spanish is ideal, but not required
Responsibilities
  • Drive growth of the market through new restaurant acquisition and upselling existing Slice partners
  • Prevent shop churn and build relationships with shop owners
  • Oversee the entire sales and upsell process from prospect to pitch to close
  • Collaborate with the sales team and actively share insights to refine the operating model
