Who we are looking for
This is an opportunity for the UK Regulatory Governance and Oversight, AVP to join GlobalLink’s dynamic EMEA COO team in a regulatory and governance oversight role to help support our award winning regulated foreign exchange multi-lateral trading facility FX Connect MTF and Fund Connect a market leading MMF portal. This role will have a focus on regulation (MiFID II), governance, oversight & controls, and supporting governance forums and delivery of key projects to meet regulatory obligations.
The role holder will report into the EMEA COO.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model where you can balance work from home and office (minimum two days a week), to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As GlobalLink, UK Regulatory Governance and Oversight, AVP you will
Prepare SSGMIL regulatory submissions required by foreign licenses
Support FX Connect MTF platform governance and MIFID II RTS 7 compliance
Support Fund Connect platform reporting and MIFID II compliance
Support SMR and delegates adherence to SMR regime and delegated responsibilities
Lead SSGMIL outsourcing oversight for FX Connect MTF, Currenex and Fund Connect
Delivery on key projects to meet regulatory obligations
Support strategic growth initiatives by working across business lines, corporate functions and senior stakeholders to prepare business cases and license applications for jurisdictional expansions.
