Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree required with preference for Economics or Finance.
  • Knowledge and experience with electronic trading platforms and MIFID II regulation.
  • Proven experience in financial services operations and driving improvements and risk excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • MS Office Skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio & Project.
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare SSGMIL regulatory submissions required by foreign licenses
  • Support FX Connect MTF platform governance and MIFID II RTS 7 compliance
  • Support Fund Connect platform reporting and MIFID II compliance
  • Support SMR and delegates adherence to SMR regime and delegated responsibilities
  • Lead SSGMIL outsourcing oversight for FX Connect MTF, Currenex and Fund Connect
  • Delivery on key projects to meet regulatory obligations
  • Support strategic growth initiatives by working across business lines, corporate functions and senior stakeholders to prepare business cases and license applications for jurisdictional expansions.
