Additional Job Description:

• Location: 65 Health Care Lane Martinsburg, WV 25401
• Work schedule/days per week - Monday thru Friday, 8AM-5PM
• No Call requirements
• EMR - EPIC
• Expected Patient volume - on average 18 patients per day
• Expectation of patient age range - all ages
