- Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A Nevada Security License from the Private Investigators Licensing Board is required.
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Candidates must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
- Greet employees, clients, and guests, provide directions or information, and ensure a positive initial impression of the company.
- Handle incoming inquiries, respond to emails, and direct telephone calls.
- Manage appointment schedules, maintain calendars, and organize conference rooms or shared facilities.
- Perform routine clerical duties, including mail distribution, document creation, data entry, filing, and office supply management.
- Enforce safety protocols, issue visitor badges, log guest arrivals, and monitor entryway access.
- Keep the reception desk and lobby areas neat, organized, and properly stocked with supplies.
- Provide service to guests and clients, address minor concerns, and escalate complex issues when required.
- Previous security experience is a plus.
