Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in training coordination, operations, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and scheduling tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule training sessions across various platforms, including virtual and in-person formats, and ensure all necessary resources are in place.
  • Set up and manage training sessions in the LMS, including course creation, participant enrollment, content updates, and tracking completion.
  • Coordinate training logistics such as room bookings, training materials, and technology setup to ensure all sessions run smoothly.
  • Confirm training agendas with instructors, facilitators, and other stakeholders.
  • Send training invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications to participants, trainers, and relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate training records and participant data, including attendance tracking and course completion.
  • Administer post-training evaluations to collect participant feedback and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work with training program leaders to enhance operational processes, optimize scheduling efficiency, and improve participant experiences.
