Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retention marketing and/or growth marketing with a focus on consumer acquisition preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field (or other relevant discipline) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to test, learn and optimize in campaign planning and execution, continuously seeking to improve marketing metrics
  • Data-driven and results-oriented with the ability to be objective and measure performance
  • Strong analytical rigor to your decision making

Responsibilities
  • Drive strategy and execution to cross-sell Sportsbook users onto FanDuel Casino, while consistently challenging current approaches to raise standards and improve performance
  • Analyze ongoing Sportsbook customer behavior to inform marketing plans and bonusing distribution
  • Partner closely CRM team to capitalize on new Sportsbook customers in the early days of their lifecycle
  • Create sports-oriented offer and campaign strategies within CRM team and report on test effectiveness in terms of both acquisition and monetization of new Casino customers
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing team on in-product strategies to cross-sell users from Sportsbook to Casino
  • Analyze performance of marketing effectiveness and report results to Marketing and Commercial leaders
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with various teams (e.g. Commercial, product and CRM teams from various verticals) to drive Casino customer growth through innovative functional enhancements and strategies
  • Optimize campaign calendar based on factors such as sporting calendar, product launches, etc
  • Collaborate with creative teams on campaign briefs and themed promotions
