- Four-year college degree preferred
- Two or more years Solar Sales Experience
- Experience with PosiGen preferred
- In-Home sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Speak with existing customers about PosiGen's clean energy solutions
- Meet and exceed all monthly retention goals
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to satisfy and solve customer issues
- Be prepared for live transfers for presenting solar options
- Help prospects to execute documents and provide the necessary information to go solar
- Present requirements and complete documents when additional scope of work is required
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the customer's lifecycle
- Actively contact happy customers for referral opportunities
- Works with sales leadership to provide feedback of the customers' main concerns
- Overtake opportunities that are not yet installed, but sold with a salesperson no longer with PosiGen
- Must be flexible and able to work weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
