Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science degree and 4 to 6 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
  • Prior experience supporting clinical trials under FDA Investigational New Drug or Investigational Device Exemption oversight, particularly trials involving investigational imaging agents or contrast materials.
  • Experience obtaining informed consent in accordance with Good Clinical Practice standards.
  • Experience completing protocol-required source documentation and case report forms.
  • Experience requesting and uploading medical records into EPIC.
  • Experience maintaining accurate documentation across institutional and sponsor systems.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute human subject research visits for advanced clinical research focused on pulmonary imaging using investigational contrast agents, including Hyperpolarized Xenon-129.
  • Obtain informed consent in accordance with Good Clinical Practice standards.
  • Complete protocol-required source documentation and case report forms.
  • Support participant recruitment, scheduling, and study coordination logistics.
  • Request and upload medical records into EPIC.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate documentation across institutional and sponsor systems.
  • Provide study coordination input on protocol feasibility and grant planning.
  • Contribute to the development of regulatory materials.
  • Collaborate with investigators and research staff to ensure documentation aligns with institutional and federal expectations.
