We are looking for a Director of Product to lead our Servicing team, responsible for overseeing our existing customer’s experiences such as payments, rewards, and account management within the mobile app and across our omni-channel properties. This role is pivotal in ensuring our digital-first experiences align with our mission to help to improve our customer’s financial lives, while ensuring we meet our business goals. In this Role
As a leader on the product team, you have a proven track record of delivering awesome customer experiences and results at scale. You have a strong bias for action, and you’ll do whatever it takes to get it done. You are a strategic thinker who can envision multi-year roadmaps, but also jump right into the mix and own the execution details. You mix strong data-driven focus with product intuition to challenge the boundaries of what a great product experience can do.
Partner closely with cross functional team members across design, engineering, operations, and analytics to ensure alignment, prioritization, and delivery across launches
Manage relationships with external vendors, fostering collaboration that leads to smooth integration and implementations
Identify and drive strategic initiatives, staying on top of the market and customer expectations. You should bring unique and ownable solutions to our business challenges
Communicate status updates, strategic risks and key dependencies, progress against objectives, and wins to your team and to leadership. Being a critical voice for the team to help clarify the strategy and amplify the work
Creating and evolve a high performing team of product manager that constantly strive to redefine how product management adds value to our customer and OneMain Financial
Requirements
10+ years of experience working on successful digital consumer products
4 years in a leadership role
4 years in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, fintech, etc
Demonstrated success in standing up or running new products or experiences, and the relentless pursuit of details needed for execution
Experience creating a product vision and strategy and aligning it across cross-functional teams
Experience with a Product Operating Model and the OKR framework
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to present at an executive level
Customer obsession and drive to deliver constant value
Demonstrated ability to autonomously solve complex problems and carry the solution end to end
Extensive hands-one experience working across the digital product development process: problem mapping, problem definition, exploration, requirements documentation, front and back-end development, testing and code deployment
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your domain
Experience and a passion for developing product managers
