  • Deep understanding of WellSky Hospice & Palliative (Consolo) system administration and configuration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications
  • Home Health or Hospice Experience
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer (laptop)
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with project managers, project teams and client personnel, learning and conducting implementation tasks through the project's life cycle
  • Lead client meetings to ensure the implementation tasks of each phase are executed properly
  • Deliver end-user training to maximize use of their system
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of worked time and other client deliverables according to established standards and procedures to ensure proper billing and revenue recognition
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, including Process review and configuration of WellSky software
  • Define solutions to client problems based on limited information by adapting existing approaches to resolve issues
  • Use evaluation and judgement to select the right course of action for problem solving
  • Mentor other consultants to ensure team is aligned related to implementation approach and best practices
