Responsibilities
  • Conduct inventory inspections and maintain METRC and Biotrack logs
  • Communicate with cultivation team to create new plantings in METRC
  • Perform physical counts of flower rooms and Mother Room
  • Audit plant rooms through Biotrack/Metric Systems monthly
  • Complete documentation and enter data for compliance
  • Communicate discrepancies to team leads and Compliance Manager
  • Investigate and participate in correction activities
  • Ensure proper waste logging and disposal
  • Assist with harvests and upload new plants to rooms
  • Train and educate on data collection and auditing systems
  • Establish data quality standards and ensure compliance
  • Participate in problem-solving activities for process improvements
  • Submit weekly report to Compliance Manager
  • Ensure compliance standards are met
  • Evaluate current systems for improvements
