Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in corporate learning
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design frameworks, and curriculum development
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring software, multimedia tools, and LMS platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Proficient in utilizing various technology platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation
Responsibilities
  • Create instructional materials, courses, and programs aligned with organizational objectives and logistics brokerage processes
  • Develop e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and blended learning solutions
  • Apply adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and performance-based approaches to content creation
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), business leaders, and L&D teammates to identify learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions
  • Conduct training needs analyses to close performance gaps and support business growth
  • Utilize Learning Management System (LMS) for course deployment, tracking, and reporting
  • Leverage e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar) and multimedia resources to produce interactive training
  • Measure training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and data-driven evaluations
  • Continuously refine and update training programs to ensure relevance, scalability, and impact on employee performance
