Requirements
  • Education: A good set of GCSEs or A level, with grade C or higher in Maths and English.
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and adhere to set deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for invoicing orders for all managed service clients using Sales Force and Oracle.
  • Billing inbox management - respond to and resolve all billing queries
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Sales and all AR teams to resolve invoice queries.
  • Work closely with Sales to manage client expectations and needs.
  • Perform month/quarter end billing analysis (validating client invoices, running multiple reconciliations and checking to ensure accuracy of billing data).
  • Assisting the Finance team as and when required.
  • Raising of corrective credits and debits
  • Collaborating with other departments and companies to resolve problems
  • Data integrity updates to ensure high quality and accuracy of invoice information
