- Be a critical thought partner to executive leadership and product management to help define and iterate on overall product roadmap, bringing a strong technical voice with an understanding of our various customer segments and individuals' evolving cross-product needs throughout their well-being journey
- Collaborate with teams across the company to define a technical vision and approach for our products
- Organize teams and engineering processes to ensure coordination with partners across business units to deliver the best products while also planning for growth
- Thoughtfully consider and bring to life innovative architectures and methodologies that may be required to efficiently and effectively bring never before seen product capabilities to life
