Rapidly build the engineering team, creating a world-class technology operation that attracts, retains, and motivates top tier engineers to do their best work
Foster and grow an engineering environment that incorporates high quality, simple design and innovative technical solutions and where engineers and their heads are supported and mentored to greater heights and scale on their own
Be a critical thought partner to executive leadership and product management to help define and iterate on overall product roadmap, bringing a strong technical voice with an understanding of our various customer segments and individuals' evolving cross-product needs throughout their well-being journey
Collaborate with teams across the company to define a technical vision and approach for our products
Organize teams and engineering processes to ensure coordination with partners across business units to deliver the best products while also planning for growth
Thoughtfully consider and bring to life innovative architectures and methodologies that may be required to efficiently and effectively bring never before seen product capabilities to life

The Vice President of Engineering is accountable for the successful development in they vertical’s end-user facing products, and for the alignment of the engineering organization to a long-term roadmap. The Vice President of Engineering demonstrates exceptional collaboration skills when partnering with leadership, product management, design and product personnel across all business units. This individual will serve as a key contributor to overall company strategy and operations and will be instrumental in scaling our differentiated value proposition.

This leader is committed to performance, results and operational excellence. They have a demonstrated track record of flexibility and excellent communication skills. He/she is an accomplished technical leader with strong business acumen. The successful leader will bring a significant level of experienced perspective and intellectual savvy.
