What you will do

PGIM launched an Irish domiciled UCITS platform in 2013 (PGIM Funds PLC) which currently has over $9 billion in assets across 29 funds managed by PGIM Fixed Income, PGIM Real Estate, Jennison and PGIM Quantitative Solutions. These assets have come from third parties as well as PGIM seed capital. PGIM has taken a strategic decision to aggressively pursue asset raising opportunities, particularly in the global retail markets where it has not been prominent to date. PGIM will develop relationships with third party distributors outside the US, with a primary focus on EMEA but also seeking opportunities in Asia, Japan & South America.

PGIM Investments plans to realize its growth opportunities in Europe by building regional teams to cover the largest addressable markets. As PGIM’s asset management affiliates have separate sales team(s) who target institutional opportunities (sovereign wealth, pension, central bank) PGIM Investments International is keenly focused on UHNW intermediary opportunities, including private bank, family offices, unit linked, fund of funds and distribution platforms throughout the region(s).

As part of the firm’s global expansion, PGIM Investments International is looking to hire a Senior Associate to help support on Fund Administration and implementing distribution efficiencies across the UCITS fund platform. The successful candidate will report to the VP of Fund Administration and will be based in the firm’s satellite office in London on a hybrid basis.

What you can expect

• Production and Dissemination of Reporting – daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Reviewing daily subscriptions, redemptions and large deal notifications, liaising with Transfer Agent and informing sales team and affiliates where applicable
• Assist Client Services and Distribution with client queries, account opening, client onboarding
• Internal product and investor database maintenance
• Monitoring of operations mailbox and allocating accordingly
• Assist with regular fund reporting as well as ad-hoc requests
• Apply for and maintain fund and share class identifiers
• Working with the team on fee rebates, completing payment request forms and liaising with finance teams as appropriate
• Assist with maintaining Salesforce
• Interface and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders including product specialists, compliance, legal, risk and product control
• Maintain teams procedures and manage the annual update
• Work efficiently and effectively, streamline processes where possible

What you will bring

• Financial services experience, preferably within a Client Service/ Sales Support capacity
• Understanding of Transfer Agency in Private and/or Public Asset classes
• Understanding of fund types UCITS, QIF’s and Alternatives
• Strong project management capabilities
• High energy, enthusiastic, high quality interpersonal skills, especially influencing and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work collaboratively in team environment as well as independently as a self-starter at times
• Excellent ability to utilise Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs.
• Excellent attention to process and detail

What will set you apart?

• Working knowledge of Salesforce is preferable
• Additional Language skills would be an advantage

• Retirement Savings Plan: Employees receive a company contribution of 10% basic annual salary and a maximum employer-matching contribution of 5% of basic annual salary.
• Life Assurance & Income Protection: Life Assurance for 8 times you basic annual salary, up to a max benefit of £1.8million. 75% of your basic annual salary for a limited payment terms of 5 years, at the end of which a capital sum of 2x your basic annual salary is payable.
