GrizzlyTrek Group is a Canadian technical and Indigenous workforce partner that supplies site-ready crews for industrial projects. It recruits, verifies and mobilizes operators, tradespeople, drivers, maintenance staff and project personnel for construction, mining, shutdown and operations work across Canada. The company also builds Indigenous employment pathways through community partnerships, training, transportation, ticket support and contract-to-permanent placements. Its model combines staffing and payroll with retention support and shared-benefit relationships, rather than treating workers as one-off resume submissions.
