  • Deploying PCs and providing support to end users in a large enterprise environment (1,000 PCs +).
  • Develop, test, maintain PC images.
  • Experience supporting PCs in a large domain environment.
  • Install and configure PC hardware and peripherals.
  • Repair PCs by replacing hard drives, motherboards, memory, etc.
  • Experience with security, disk encryption, and anti-virus products on Microsoft Windows PCs, laptops, and Apple OS X MACs.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and experience troubleshooting Group Policy Objects and name resolution.
  • Experience with managing profiles and certificates on Microsoft Windows PCs, laptops, and Apple OS X MACs.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows PCs, laptops, and Apple OS X MACs using remote tools (System Center Configuration Manager remote, Remote Desktop Protocol, Apple Remote Desktop).
  • Application Support for Microsoft Office 365 on Microsoft Windows PCs, laptops, and Apple OS X MACs.
  • Experience integrating Macintosh systems into an Active Directory Domain environment.
  • Scripting with VBScript and PowerShell (Highly desired).
  • Configuration Management Console queries and reporting (Highly desired).
  • System Center Configuration Manager Operating System Deployment Task Sequences, thorough understanding of their implementation and how to create and optimize (Highly desired).
  • Experience using the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack technologies and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDOP/MDT) (Highly desired).
  • Microsoft Certification (Highly desired).
  • Able to communicate in a clear manner (Desired).
