- Three years of experience deploying PCs and supporting end users in a large enterprise environment with at least 1,000 PCs.
- Three years of experience developing, testing, and maintaining PC images.
- Three years of experience supporting PCs in a large domain environment.
- Three years of experience installing and configuring PC hardware and peripherals.
- Three years of experience repairing PCs by replacing hard drives, motherboards, memory, and related components.
- Three years of experience with security, disk encryption, and antivirus products on Microsoft Windows PCs and laptops and Apple macOS computers.
- Three years of knowledge of Active Directory and experience troubleshooting Group Policy Objects and name resolution.
- Three years of experience managing profiles and certificates on Microsoft Windows PCs and laptops and Apple macOS computers.
- Two years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows PCs and laptops and Apple macOS computers using remote tools including SCCM Remote, Remote Desktop Protocol, and Apple Remote Desktop.
- Two years of experience providing application support for Microsoft Office 365 on Microsoft Windows PCs and laptops and Apple macOS computers.
- One year of experience integrating Macintosh systems into an Active Directory domain environment.
- Monitor incident queues, take ownership of issues, and assist customers as required.
- Keep all support tickets up to date and well documented.
- Provide documentation on issue resolution to other teams as required.
- Provide workstation, laptop, and Mac support, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain device compliance and health by addressing broken SCCM clients, missing updates, and application or operating system issues.
- Support workstations, laptops, Macs, and device peripherals, including printers, docking stations, and scanners.
- Two years of experience scripting with VBScript and PowerShell.
- Two years of experience with Configuration Manager console queries and reporting.
- Two years of experience creating, implementing, and optimizing SCCM operating system deployment task sequences.
- Two years of experience using Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack technologies and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.
- Microsoft certification.
- Clear communication skills.

- Demonstrated customer focus and ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Ability to evaluate information effectively and make correct decisions.
