Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Sales management experience or similar experience managing other sales reps
  • Experience with BDR and/or SDR management
  • Experience with Salesforce AND Salesloft
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Consistent record of goal achievement
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to company changes and growth
  • Enthusiasm for helping people have a happy and healthy life
  • Prior experience in sales management and managing sales reps is a mandatory requirement.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Inside Sales team
  • Communicate with the sales team to develop sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly and quarterly goals
  • Run regular sales training and coaching sessions with the sellers.
  • Participate in the country meetings and work with internal stakeholders to provide updates about the coverage development and to collect inputs to drive the efforts of the team.
  • Assess opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity of the team via new processes and tools.
  • Increase adoption of the self-registration tool in the US market.
  • Work closely alongside the marketing and campaign teams to generate prospecting strategy and targeted initiatives to drive partner expansion
  • Identify and qualify potential partnerships with gyms and fitness centers nationwide
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to ensure the correct prioritization of team efforts.
