We are seeking a talented Business Manager to support our Investment Professional Development team at Schonfeld. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, possesses world class customer service skills and capable of managing a diverse workload in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will create strong relationships with our Portfolio Managers, Analysts, and internal stakeholders (Business Development, Risk, HCM, Technology) and be able to communicate effectively with others.
What you’ll do
This individual will work within the Investment Professional Development team and be responsible for extensive scheduling and calendar management, taking meeting notes, preparing agendas for meetings, filing expenses, building PowerPoint decks, working within Excel, and helping with ad-hoc projects as needed. They will serve as a gatekeeper and will work to establish administrative processes to optimize team success. This candidate will manage the Analyst Development Program Calendar, maintain our CRM for investment professionals and certify SharePoint content. Additional responsibilities will include arranging domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements including flights, hotels, car service, meetings, restaurant reservations.

- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Backstop, Dynamics)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of information & tasks
- Process-oriented and very strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $95,000 and $110,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
