  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire AR process, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor and manage outstanding receivables, ensuring timely collections
  • Prepare aging reports and analysis for management review
  • Communicate with customers regarding payment status and resolve inquiries
  • Generate and distribute accurate invoices to customers
  • Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures
  • Review and reconcile billing records
  • Address customer inquiries regarding billing issues
  • Prepare billing reports and analysis as needed
  • Manage the full cycle of AP, from invoice processing to payment execution
  • Review and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
  • Process payments in a timely manner and maintain accurate records
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Participate in the preparation of financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
