Siegwerk to acquire hi-tech inks, expanding indian market share. CHICAGO, IL - Labelink, a North American manufacturer with a diverse portfolio of printing technology for packaging, is acquiring International Label & Printing. The acquisition enhances Labelink's presence in the US and accelerates its plans to expand its footprint in North America. This acquisition, Labelink's 15th in 21 years, enhances its portfolio by adding l’Empreinte’s expertise in folding cartons and cut-sheet labels to its existing strengths in pressure-sensitive labels and flexible packaging.
