Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. and Humain, Saudi Arabia's emerging AI powerhouse, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly develop advanced AI data centers, hybrid AI solutions, and edge-to-cloud infrastructure services in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
Qualcomm will collaborate with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to set up a design center to help develop the Saudi semiconductor ecosystem and nurture local engineering talent.
Under the agreement, HUMAIN and Qualcomm Technologies also announced a major collaboration with Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) to establish a world-class Qualcomm Design Center in Saudi Arabia for semiconductor technology, supported with training and startup initiatives focused on building infrastructure and technology capabilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
