Software Engineer @ Mujin

Mujin is the future of industrial robotic systems in production and distribution environments. Our technology gives robots perception and awareness, enabling them to take on more advanced tasks. Our aim is to revolutionize the use of robotics within industry to free human resources from labor intensive tasks to focus on more intellectual challenges.

As Full-Stack Engineer, you will cover a wide range of systems including system architecture, front, and backend code for our product. The Mujin Frontend Team is focused on improving the user interface and the user experience. You’ll work alongside highly capable and dedicated engineers who are advanced in the area.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement highly reusable, high-performance components for user interface
Cooperate with Mujin designers to improve usability and user experience of Mujin products
Design and implement the development pipeline (testing, translation, etc.)
Product design and technical specification authoring

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant work experience
BS degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
Development experience using any of React, Babylon.js, WebGL, Qt/QML
Proficient in TypeScript /JavaScript
Knowledge of linear algebra and computer graphics
Product development experience using desktop, mobile, or web UI frameworks
Familiar with Linux software development and tool chain
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the year, as required by project demands, allowing you to provide onsite support and engage with customers effectively

Preferred:

Experience interfacing with warehouse management tools (WMS)
Proficient in Python and C++
Asynchronous programming and threading knowledge
Localization / Translation pipeline familiarity
C++ add-on development experience
