Requirements
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance (TS/SCI is preferred)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, data science, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale software development projects and technical teams
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML and data science concepts, algorithms, and tools
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with government agencies and familiarity with their procurement processes
Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional technical teams to develop and deliver AI/ML and data science solutions for Department of Defense applications
  • Collaborate extensively with government customers to understand their needs and ensure program success
  • Define and oversee program technical direction, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve program goals
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and networking to grow the company's portfolio
