Requirements
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales and sales leadership
  • Proven success recruiting, leading, and retaining a high performing team, capable of discovering, qualifying, constructing, and closing multi-million dollar transactions
  • Ability to establish yourself as a credible trusted advisor
  • Deep understanding and experience in consultative selling to enterprise customers
  • Understanding of cyber security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and/or Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC)
  • Track record of overachievement in both direct sales and through partners
  • Comfortable having both business and high-level technical conversations with a CTO, CIO or CISO
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, with the ability to effectively coach others to continuously improve their own communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop, refine and execute strategic and tactical business plans to drive revenue and large scale adoption of YubiKeys within private sector enterprise
  • Coordinate with internal resources such as Customer Success, Solutions, Product, to help deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Continue recruiting, developing, and leading a top-flight team of Enterprise Account Directors
  • Ownership of enterprise-class regional quota, with fully ramped/established AE carrying multi-million dollar individual quotas
  • Further expand customer and partner relationships to grow Yubico revenue and brand
  • Participate in cross-team campaigns and events to build and manage pipeline
  • Provide consistent and accurate forecasts for Central region team to Yubico leadership using Salesforce and other enterprise data collection and reporting tools
