This essential role helps to provide high quality and high touch administrative support to Financial Advisors, their prospective and existing clients and other branch team members. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills as well as the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple, detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, task-oriented work environment. Responsibilities:
Greet customers and engage them in conversation to build rapport.
Carry out standard customer service activities and handle customer inquiries.
Assess compliance with established standards and protocols.
Data Entry and other office tasks, as required.
Skills:
Uses clear and effective communications skills.
Connects with customers to strengthen the relationship, meeting personal needs through positive customer experiences.
Makes every customer interaction positive by leaving the customer feeling understood, appreciated, and confident.
Analyze problems, offer potential solutions, and create recommendations.
