Requirements
  • A High School diploma or GED is required at a minimum
  • At least one (1+) year of experience in a customer and business oriented position
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Sharepoint and the standard Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level
  • US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to executive staff with office management
  • Perform secretarial duties (filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements using the Defense Travel System)
  • Work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
  • Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
