Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience with DoD operational missions and impacts
  • 4+ years of experience with cyber strategic and operational environments
  • 4+ years of experience with DoD Information Technology, DoD Information Networks, or cyberspace tactical environments
  • Experience developing dashboards and queries within network security tools and network monitoring systems
  • Experience with TCP/IP networking
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • DoD 8140 IAT II Certification, including Security+ Certification
Responsibilities
  • Monitor the network environment for new and evolving threats
  • Provide cybersecurity expertise, analysis, and support to defensive cyber operations (DCO)
  • Evaluate risk and make meaningful recommendations
  • Identify security gaps through the eyes of an adversary
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with DoD or Navy cybersecurity and acquisition processes
  • Experience with the DoD or Navy Cyber Test and Evaluation (T&E) 6 phase process
  • Experience with penetration testing
  • Experience with cyber resilience and cyber survivability requirements
  • Experience with cybersecurity management tools
  • Experience with Bro/Zeek and Suricata networking monitoring tools, RedSeal threat modeling, Splunk queries for SIEM aggregation, and ACAS vulnerability scanning
  • Knowledge of Cross Domain Solutions (CDS)
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CCNP Certification
