Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing with high-growth software companies, with 5+ years of people leadership experience - building, managing, and mentoring a team
  • Experience building product messaging and positioning for SaaS products and ensuring consistent understanding of messaging for internal teams and buyers
  • Experience shaping an aggressive product roadmap into clear and compelling product narratives and launches
  • Experience overseeing smooth, effective product launches for SaaS products
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to internal audiences (from small groups to all-hands meetings) and external audiences of district leaders and educators
  • Experience understanding the impact of and incorporating attention to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) in product marketing work and engagement with colleagues
  • Experience making decisions regarding product pricing and packaging and seeing them through to go-to-market strategies and enablement materials
  • Track record of rallying a team toward hitting deadlines and goals, producing high engagement and alignment
  • Experience leading changes to strategy or product positioning that have led to achieving positive outcomes
Responsibilities
  • Develop and evolve Panorama's product story through clear and compelling positioning and messaging
  • Ensure consistency of Panorama's product story and messaging internally and externally
  • Lead an engaged and high-performing team of product marketers
  • Coordinate teams and processes to run product launches that are smooth, effective, and drive results
  • Build deep expertise on our buyers, voice of the customer, and competitive landscape, and use that expertise to help the team learn, pivot, and develop Panorama's product marketing strategy and tactics to drive success in our quickly-changing market
  • Oversee pricing and packaging of Panorama's products, in concert with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Finance teams
  • Set product marketing goals and strategy and align the team toward achieving results that drive revenue
