Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance or healthcare-related operations, legal, auditing, consulting, or the equivalent combination of experience
  • Deeply knowledgeable on privacy laws, payer requirements, and health care regulation more broadly
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and situations
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
  • Extensive understanding of Medicare and Medicaid programs
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain crucial components of the compliance program, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as requirements from our payer partners, including the compliance annual plan
  • Contribute to the risk management strategic plan
  • Drive implementation and ongoing regulatory compliance for Medicaid and Medicare
  • Provide technical and regulatory guidance to all departments on compliance matters to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
  • Drive cross functional communication across the company to ensure compliance, including within the Compliance Committee
  • Provide regular compliance reports on the operation, efficacy, and progress of compliance efforts, violations, and risks
  • Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within our company
  • Implement Medicare and Medicaid Regulations and continue to maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and staying up to date with changes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) designation preferred
