Responsibilities
  • To recommend and implement a robust marketing strategy/plan to maintain the rapid growth of The Knowledge.
  • Be the brand guardian ensuring consistency in comms, user journey, creative and marketing collateral.
  • To deliver the forecasted growth volume of newsletter sign ups within budget.
  • Responsible for our email marketing platform Beehiiv in order to manage development requests and features, analyse and report on data, organise reader surveys, win back campaigns and liaise with support team as needed.
  • Managing agencies and partners to drive newsletter growth and awareness.
  • Working closely with the publisher on growth tactics, marketing and newsletter optimisations.
  • Managing the website and app management including branding, design, UX and marketing content.
  • Organising and managing marketing activity such as sponsorships and collaborations within the budget provided.
  • Providing support to the Advertising Director including brand placements and reporting on KPIs.
  • Presenting clear data to the management team with recommendations for growth and optimisations.
  • Managing and growing The Knowledge’s social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook).
  • Keeping the brand focused by working with designers and copywriters.
