Requirements
- 5+ years of supervisory food service and Kitchen Manager experience preferred
- 1+ years multi-unit experience preferred, but not required
- ServeSafe Certification
- 2+ years experience in food ordering and inventory management
- 2+ years experience using scheduling software and hiring/disciplinary action
- Must be available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays based on business needs
Responsibilities
- Plan, communicates and delegates responsibilities to Kitchen Team Members, in dual kitchens, to guarantee a positive and smooth flow of operations
- Cultivate and maintain a positive vibe within teams and kitchens
- Analyze business results and trends in your kitchens; prepare action plans to use your kitchen's food strengths and address areas of opportunity to ensure food service profitability
- Build a repeatable process to attract and hire the best people to join Gopuff Kitchen
- Create weekly schedules to meet the needs of the business while managing total labor dollars across your kitchens
- Maintain all kitchen menu items and recipes, and ensure all Kitchen Team Members are trained to prepare the entire menu to Gopuff Kitchen standards
- Ensure Gopuff Kitchens operate daily with the ability to offer all items on the menu
- Follow health & safety standards and maintain a clean and organized kitchens
- Display a customer-first attitude by training and holding Kitchen Team Members accountable for delivering legendary customer service and top-notch food and beverage products
- Use existing tools to prioritize communications between the MFC and Gopuff Kitchens
- Develop knowledge and awareness of current marketing programs, promotions, strategies, and programs; educate all team members
- Coach and guide Kitchen Team Members to attain operational goals
- Be an objective observer to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for operational improvement
- Lead Kitchen Team Members by conducting performance assessments, providing feedback and setting goals to improve team performance
