We are looking for a compassionate leader to be accountable for the effective management of a full-service life insurance team. In this role you will the support the application of effective workflow practices and procedures. Working closely with our client you will have the opportunity to people’s lives better on a daily basis.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, mentor and develop staff members
Monitor workflow management
Conduct performance management and hire staff
Utilize effective claim practices
Provide technical support and guidance on complex claims issues
Establish and support the development of customer relationships with key accounts
Required Qualifications:
2-3 Year of Supervisory Experience
Strong technical knowledge of Group Life insurance products and claims management practices
The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French to support clients from various provinces outside of Québec

Exceptionally strong leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results oriented, multiple team environment
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving and analytical skills

$63,150.00 CAD - $105,250.00 CAD
