  • Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program at an accredited 4-year institution. This opportunity is open to all undergraduate students, from first-year students to seniors.

Responsibilities
  • Engage in in-depth research and innovative thinking to identify market trends and help create new products that address consumer needs and preferences.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape using various data sources to conduct thorough competitive analyses and inform strategic product development.
  • Actively participate in weekly meetings with key external partners, tracking project progress, documenting detailed notes, and ensuring clear and accurate communication.
  • Oversee the testing of new products, collect and analyze feedback, and communicate findings to external partners to refine and enhance product offerings.
  • Assist in formulating unique and effective product formulas, ensuring that all supplement fact panels meet regulatory standards and reflect product innovation.
  • Review and verify testing documentation to confirm product safety and accuracy of labels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Partner closely with the Supply Chain and Marketing teams to facilitate smooth project execution and accelerate the launch of new products to the market.
