Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, and demand generation, preferably in aviation, mobility, or high-tech industries
  • Demonstrated success in scaling customer acquisition and revenue growth in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B markets; experience in public service and defense a plus

Responsibilities
  • Growth strategy development: collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to align marketing efforts with business objectives; analyze our current sales and marketing pipeline and continuously adapt marketing programs to meet our corporate sales goals
  • Integrated marketing: based on ROI analysis, define and manage the optimal channel mix that enables all marketing disciplines to build on each other
  • Content creation: write and produce content to drive engagement on the Pivotal website, social, event, paid, and campaign channels; includes explainers, pilot profiles, and thought leadership
  • Website design: define and execute the website roadmap to drive customer activation with content through a series of micro-conversions
  • Automated email campaigns: produce drip campaigns to convert leads throughout the customer journey from awareness through close
  • Pivotal newsletter: produce the monthly newsletter to promote events, drive website traffic, and build the brand story
  • Data analytics and insights: using our CRM and financial tools, understand performance and value of all marketing programs, recommending improvements based on learnings and insight
  • Conversion model: build a model to measure key conversion points based on funnel data, use A/B testing to find the most effective levers, and find systematic ways to shorten the sales journey
  • Marketing communications: create event booths and materials, executive presentations, one-pagers, and web copy
  • Paid media: Direct and measure performance of paid media campaigns, optimizing marketing spend within paid media and across other channels
  • KPI reporting: summarize marketing performance by defining and producing KPIs in the following areas: 1. Web traffic, engagement, and conversion 2. Funnel development: subscribers, leads, MQLs, SQLs, deposits 3. Email performance and health 4. ROI analysis

Quadric raises $30M Series C as on-device AI chip revenues triple and edge LLM design wins accelerate

Quadric, a provider of AI inference processor IP for on-device chips, has raised $30 million in an oversubscribed Series C round led by ACCELERATE Fund, bringing total funding to $72 million. Uncork Capital and Pear VC participated, alongside new investors including Volta and Wanxiang America. The company's product revenues more than tripled in 2025, driven by adoption of its Chimera processor IP across edge large language models, automotive and enterprise vision applications. Unlike fixed-function neural processing units, Chimera is fully programmable and can run any AI model on a unified architecture, scaling from 1 to 864 tera operations per second. Quadric recently secured two new licence agreements, including with Japan's Tier IV for autonomous driving applications. The funding will support customer success initiatives and product development.
