- A current Michigan occupational therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services based on patient needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve function, mobility, and independence.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation.

- Previous rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience.
