Job Summary
At Senior Marketing Specialists, an Integrity Marketing Company, we are dedicated to serving the senior market by equipping independent agents with the necessary Medicare carriers and tools to thrive. For over 35 years, we have been committed to helping independent agents and agencies succeed in the senior insurance market. Our goal is to support independent agents in becoming successful in the Senior Market, and we genuinely care about their success.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide high-level support within the Operations Division.
Share communication with others and organize internal systems.
Assist with time off requests for payroll purposes.
Perform various administrative tasks.
Work closely with the Vice President of Operations to ensure smooth workflow within and between teams.
Multitask within the department.
Update and maintain agency information with strong typing skills.
Answer questions and offer support via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
Promote strong relationships through analytical problem-solving.
Be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite programs, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Pay close attention to detail and manage multiple screens/browsers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
