Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective customers to share and demonstrate cutting edge technologies in the Data Science field
  • Leverage sales experience to communicate with potential clients and develop an interest in Posit's professional software
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
  • Work with Customer Success, MDRs and SDRs to drive current customer growth and generate new business opportunities
  • Complete new hire orientation, learn about the Posit community, and build a 30 / 60 / 90 day plan for success
  • Meet regularly with peers, Manager, and prospective customers to become an expert on the value of Posit's products
  • Continue education around Posit's competitive advantage and strengthen industry knowledge
  • Be seen as a trusted business-advisor and Posit expert, making a significant impact on the Commercial Sales Team
  • Assist in training, onboarding and motivating new team members
