Requirements
  • At least 8 years of full-cycle sales experience in financial services or construction technology.
  • A track record of exceeding quota in complex, consultative sales environments.
  • The ability to influence multiple stakeholders, from C-suite executives to project managers, within large enterprises.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to translate financial concepts into clear value for construction businesses.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce and digital communication platforms such as Slack and Zoom.
  • The ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
  • Own and exceed targets for Accelerated Payment Program customer acquisition and revenue, guiding subcontractors through the full sales cycle from prospecting to long-term revenue.
  • Sell strategically into all levels of a subcontractor’s organization to integrate the Accelerated Payment Program into core workflows, including bidding and supplier negotiation.
  • Explain the value of early payment in construction and provide tailored guidance to subcontractors through capital planning presentations, calls, and on-site meetings.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Turner teams nationwide to expand program access, increase internal referrals, and support program success.
  • Gather customer feedback, identify barriers to adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve program execution.
  • Maintain visibility into the pipeline and key performance indicators using Salesforce and internal tools, deliver insights to leadership, and adjust tactics proactively.
  • Attend industry conferences, Turner-sponsored events, and regional summits to represent Billd and broaden awareness among construction professionals.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience selling to or working with subcontractors, or navigating the dynamics of general contractor-subcontractor relationships.
  • Experience launching new products or verticals, or working in high-growth, entrepreneurial organizations.
