Raye IT is looking for a Linux Administration to support infrastructure of on-premises physical and virtual systems,

Responsibilities

Provide second-level technical support to end-users and Tier 1 support teams for complex technical issues and escalations.
Investigate and resolve hardware and software problems that require in-depth technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Provide Technical support to the ERB/CCB and deploy approved IT solutions to the Enterprise.
Support GOTs and COTs IT systems throughout the enterprise.

i. Support Linux COTs platforms CentOS, Redhat, Ubuntu, etc.

ii. Support GOTs products such as AAMPS, Alma, Netman, etc.

iii. Support enterprise level applications, Nagios, Ansible, Manage Engine, McAfee, BigFix, Tenable, etc.

Collaborate with developers and vendors to implement application fixes and enhancements.
Provide enterprise level solutions leveraging best practice guidelines, industry standards and utilizing the ITIL processes to complete IT tasks/projects.
Provide patch management on the Linux systems, test implement, manage DISA STIG security requirements throughout the Linux enterprise.

Qualifications

5+ Years of experience or relevant and transferrable skills preferred
Proven expertise designing and supporting SD-WAN services in an enterprise environment.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.

Place of Performance: Washington, D.C.
