Requirements
  • High School qualification or relevant work experience
  • One to three years’ experience in customer-focused administrative support
  • Experience using CRM software, database entry, word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and web applications
  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated experience in handling multiple tasks with accuracy
  • Above average data entry and word processing skills
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
  • Additional language skills desirable
  • Ability to travel independently
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and complex software order processing and administrative services to the sales team
  • Challenge the status quo and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve any matters that arise in the order process
