Requirements
  • Warehouse or distribution experience is required.
  • The candidate must be comfortable learning new software and providing feedback on tools used.
  • The candidate must have basic math skills and be computer savvy.
  • The candidate must have a valid driver's license.
  • The candidate must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • The candidate must have a working cell phone and be willing to download an app for picking and packing.
  • The candidate must work safely and quickly while standing for long periods and handling environments that may be cold or hot.
  • Overtime is required based on business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Receive products and perform quality assurance and inventory management.
  • Accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders using an internal warehouse application.
  • Partner with the Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipment.
  • Send and accept shipments.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and safe.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and complete all safety training and assessments.
  • Conduct quality control inspections of products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Start-up experience is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
