Vyve Broadband announces new co-presidents. April 21, 2026 Vyve Broadband has announced the appointment of Melanie Hannasch, chief operating officer, and Guy McCormick, SVP of engineering, as co-presidents of the company, effective immediately. This leadership transition follows the departure of former president and CEO Andy Parrott, who led the organization through a period of growth and transformation. Hannasch and McCormick bring deep operational and technical expertise to their roles and will jointly lead Vyve into its next phase, focused on strengthening infrastructure, enhancing customer experience and expanding access to high-speed connectivity in the communities it serves. Cable One, operating as Sparklight, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire full ownership of Mega Broadband Investments, which operates as Vyve Broadband, for $495 million. The Phoenix-based broadband communications provider serves over one million residential and business customers across 24 states.
