Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage critical incidents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Active Directory knowledge
  • Strong PC related skills. Minimum requirement is demonstrated competency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Visio, MS Access, and SQL will be a plus.
  • Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and integrations.
  • Familiarity with audit frameworks, SOX compliance, and regulatory requirements for IAM
Responsibilities
  • Administer user accounts and access privileges in the organization’s identity management systems.
  • Ensure that the right people have access to the right resources by managing permissions and roles via Role Based Access Control (RBAC) or standards set by application owners.
  • Handle the day-to-day administration of the IAM systems, including user provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Identify and resolve IAM issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Work closely with IT, cybersecurity teams, and business units to gather requirements and implement access controls.
  • Maintain and update documentation for IAM processes and procedures.
  • Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.
  • Provide training to new employees on the IAM systems.
  • Other duties assigned by manager
