- Provide white box testing using C/C++ or Java.
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have 4–7 years of experience testing highly distributed, complex eCommerce platforms.
- Have at least 2–3 years of hands-on scripting and automation experience in Java, Python, Ruby, Groovy, or a similar language.
- Have experience with front-end automation technologies such as Selenium-RC/WebDriver or Watir.
- Have experience with Agile methodologies, the software development life cycle, and testing methodologies including functional, regression, and system testing.
- Have strong knowledge of automation tools and report builders.
- Have strong knowledge of Java application development, databases, and testing data-driven applications, web services, and databases, including usability, accessibility, performance, browser compatibility, and fault tolerance.
- Be able to independently handle major code releases and work jointly with team members to deliver complex changes.
- Be able to identify technical areas for improvement and make detailed business cases for improvements or new areas of opportunity.
- Be able to deliver consistently with little supervision.

- Track software defects and issues.
- Estimate quality engineering effort, plan implementation, and roll out system changes.
- Independently handle major code releases and jointly deliver complex changes with other team members.
