IT Business Analyst

Your mission:

As IT Business Analyst you drive business process improvements, user journey enhancements, and technology adoption while ensuring industry best practices. If you have a passion for aligning business needs with IT solutions and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

What else will you be doing as IT Business Analyst?

• Conduct business capability assessments, define user journeys, and translate business needs into functional requirements;

• Map business process flows and critical data elements to improve efficiency and scalability;

• Facilitate workshops, product demonstrations, UAT coordination, and stakeholder communication;

• Support the implementation of new IT solutions, ensuring seamless adoption through training and change management;

• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to drive successful solution deployments;

• Maintain relevant data attributes in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB);

• Assist in business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance initiatives (e.g., GDPR, Sarbanes-Oxley);

• Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize IT projects and optimize digital transformation efforts.

How do you contribute to aligned business objectives and IT solutions?

• You have 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with expertise in Agile and/or Waterfall IT project management;

• Knowledge of CRM, ERP (D365, Salesforce, SAP), and data analytics;

• As a person, we can describe you as a true problem solver, you enjoy working hands-on together with different teams, and also like to give workshops;

• Understanding of facility management and manufacturing processes is preferred;

• Fluent in English, good German knowledge is preferred.
