Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop the critical capabilities to prepare a BiC launch with business franchises, R&D, Medical, Access, M&S and other GTMC pillars.
  • Develop a robust launch stage gate measurement framework, with KPIs, KIIs aligned with external benchmarks and defining the critical milestones and expected outcomes along the launch lifecycle.
  • Provide data to support critical launch decisions from clinical to commercial: Ig IEGP;; resource allocation; launch Incentives and other critical dimensions in partnership with I&A team, digital and business teams, leveraging cross-functional collaboration.
  • Set up an AI-led solution with '360° launch view' across all X-functional stakeholders to track performance, best practices and customer impact, with one version of the truth to support strategic and operational decision making.
  • Lead transformation towards an insight driven and performance culture across launch teams (xGBU). Drive adoption of the new digital solutions.
  • Partner externally and drive open innovation to disrupt the way Sanofi is driving launch effectiveness.
  • Lead the launch navigator project that will allow Sanofi to ease decision making on the critical launch decisions by simulating potential impact of it in the overall 'time to peak patients'. This will be used by the Excom for critical/high impacts decisions and by the launch teams at global and local levels.
  • Ensures continuous internal and external benchmarking, codifying BIC launch performance practices and scaling it across the organization.
  • Build the data foundations for launches, managing external partners and supporting launch decisions with the most relevant and best quality data.
  • Partner with digital to develop an enhanced digital ecosystem and AI Led technologies to support BiC launch performance, translated in clear market competitive advantage. Act as single point of contact between the Launch excellence/Launch operations teams and digital, defining the business requirements for the digital solutions and tracking deliverables according with business expectations.
  • Elevate Sanofi launch readiness, contributing to define launch readiness governance and framework embedding data and insights to drive decision making.
  • Audit launches combining internal and external (analysts) perspectives and provide guidance on BiC.
  • Partner with pre-launch and commercialization excellence for a seamless asset management across the brand lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment with other GTMC pillars, namely Insights and analytics, Digital and other MEX/LEX functional areas guaranteeing seamless strategic and operational alignment.
