Requirements
  • Minimum: 1 year experience in program planning and working with youth (preferably school-age children) in a group and semi-structured setting
  • Minimum of twelve college credits (with at least 3 credit hours specific to early childhood education) in education, youth development or ability to obtain approved credits within 18 months
  • Experience with training facilitation and on-boarding of new staff
  • Ability to transport all program materials and supplies to site required; ability to visit all sites on demand
  • Twenty-one (21) years of age required
Responsibilities
  • While at site, the Senior Site Director will be responsible for running program and supervising site staff, including ensuring ratio is maintained, following the schedule, supporting behavior guidance of youth, completing administrative work on time, meeting food service standards, maintaining positive and open communication between school staff and families, and offering coaching and feedback as needed to site staff
  • Tasks outside of site include in-person/virtual meetings, shopping for site supplies, project management, administrative work and other tasks as assigned
  • After School Program: A Senior Site Director will work on site at their school 4 hours a day depending on the needs of the site & 4 hours in office or teleworking
