  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, operations, or systems

  • Set up and amend projects from Contract Managers’ summary notes and contractual documents
  • Update labor categories and bill rates in projects
  • Assign staff to projects, ensuring compliance with contracts
  • Add tasks and subtasks to projects, ensuring correct billing types
  • Respond to project/finance related questions in the company’s help Unanet and help Finance slack channels
  • Ensure timely completion of timesheets
  • Run Unanet Analytics report to monitor misalignment of assignments versus plans
  • Review, append, and create Unanet SharePoint documents owned by Finance department
  • Update and maintain project administrators
  • Audit projects for completeness of configuration steps
  • Support Contracts by ensuring Project Managers are completing the project setup checklist
  • Assist the invoicing team with the review of bill rates annually
  • Process requests from the business to make project modifications in Unanet
  • Make changes to GL accounts
  • Investigate and fix labor category discrepancies as referred from PMs and the billing department
  • Answer finance related questions related to PTO balances and statuses of expense reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of FRP&A
